A Guide To Rental Ordinances 

I provide a historical context for the current regulatory landscape based on trends in our market over the past decade. Specifically I’ll cover Oregon’s Residential Landlord Tenant Act, Portland Rental Protections, SB608 (the state-wide rent control law), and Portland’s FAIR Ordinances that went into effect on March 1st. I will also discuss state and local evictions moratoriums due to COVID-19. My presentation is geared toward brokers, self-managing property owners, and property managers to provide them with the information and tools they need to stay in compliance with their clients and properties.
