“Preparing for Buying and Selling Rental Properties” is a class for investors and real estate brokers in which we’ll discuss best practices for navigating rental property transactions. Kurt Lane, owner of Chroma Property Management, will lead a discussion to help investors and brokers:

*successfully navigate state and local regulations that impact the selling of rental properties
*utilize a three-step method for comparative analysis of potential rents
*evaluate short and long-term investment profitability via cap rate, net operating income, and gross rent multiplier
*accurately estimate expenses
*onboarding inherited tenants; property turnover processes This information is presented in a format that will be easy to understand for new or seasoned investors, and can help you feel comfortable and confident operating in a highly competitive rental market.
