What: The FAIR Ordinance is the City of Portland’s
ordinance governing the handling of security deposits. Our speaker will be discussing the requirements of the FAIR Ordinance, the risks posed by the ordinance to landlords charging security deposits and an alternative that avoids the riskiest provisions of ordinance.
