Are you prepared for the inevitable surprise repair at your rental property? In this class you will learn how to manage your contractors, manage your tenant’s expectations during repairs, and which repairs have a legal time limit set by Oregon law. Managing your rental property repairs shouldn’t ever be stressful, even those emergency repairs in the middle of the night. The secret is simply being prepared and managing your tenant’s and contractor’s expectations.

Those with prior registration to the class will be seated first. Walk-ins will only be
accommodated once the class has started and if space is available. Registered
