Christopher L. Tackett-Nelson will provide an overview of Portland’s FAIR Ordinances, which went into effect on March 1, 2020. As the pandemic cools down, FAIR issues will heat up. Attendees will learn the new rules governing advertisement, application, screening, and security deposits within the City of Portland, including required forms.
