Landlording 102- Law Update

Attorney Christopher Tackett-Nelson will go over some of the recent laws passed at the Oregon 2026 Legislative session.
Christopher will go over Senate Bill 1523 relating to electronic access to residential tenancy,
House Bill 4120 relating to smoking policies in Multifamily housing,
House Bill 4123 relating to landlord disclosure of confidential information,
and Senate Bill 1521 which covers local requirements to develop affordable housing.
Christopher will follow up with frequently asked questions and make time to answer any pending questions the attendees may ask.
