Deadline for refund/credit or cancellation of registration is 4:59pm the Friday prior to the scheduled dinner meeting. If a registered guest/member does not cancel and/or does not show to the scheduled dinner meeting then the registered guest/member will be required to pay the full amount of the dinner meeting. All registrations are non-transferable. Our venues do have a limited capacity therefore at times registration to an event may close prior to the event
