***Important Notes***: In order to protect the copyright of RHA Oregon forms, you must fill out a portion of the form before download (forms cannot be downloaded blank).  All downloadable forms expire 30-days after original purchase. To open the generated pdf file, you will need a pdf reader like Adobe reader. Make sure you are using an updated web browser such as google chrome or firefox.  Step by Step instructions:

1. Add form downloads to your cart by clicking “buy” next to form you wish to purchase.
2. Then choose the quantity of that form you wish to purchase, then click add to cart.
3. Click “View cart” then “Proceed to checkout“
4. Enter in your credit card information and click “Place Order“
5. Click “Select units/tenants and generate PDF“
6. Once on the “Select Your information and continue:” page either choose the prepopulate the form option and click “submit” (if you are not an RHA member) and click submit. You will be prompted to join membership or click “continue” to fill out the form now (guests must click this)
7. Fill in required fields or make sure when using prepopulate that the required fields are correct.
8. Click “Submit“
9. Click to download, your download will now be where your computer places downloads (either at the bottom or your browser or in your downloads folder on your computer) 
10. To access additional forms purchased click “Account Dashboard“, Orders.  Begin the process at step 5 with the next form you would like to download.
