To use either the online or in office screening service through RHAOregon, you must be a member of RHAOregon and have a completed service agreement (printable PDF above). If you are a member using our in office screening service, a completed application screening authorization form is required (printable PDF above). If you have been approved for tenant screening through the RHAOregon, you have the ability to sign up for 24-7 ONLINE TENANT SCREENING. Whether it’s 10pm at night or 10am on a Saturday morning, perform your own credit, tenant performance (eviction) or criminal history reports. Attend one free, hour-long class conducted by a credit reporting agency representative here at the RHAOregon office, and you’ll be able to retrieve reports from home or work in just minutes! Receive instruction, a step-by-step guide and a passcode. Reservations are required, we need at least 5 people to sign up FOR A CLASS to be held.
