I’m curious to see what the effect will be from the changes that were made this last legislative session. Will the current building that is going on help to alleviate the “crisis” and help to stabilize rent? Are more changes on the way when the next legislative session starts? Will patience prevail and time be given to see what effect the last round of changes make?
